Custom Cut Acrylic Blanks, 3mm Shapes for Keychains, Bag Tags (Bulk Packs)

Start with the shape your project needs. These custom-cut acrylic blanks give makers a colorful base for DIY keychains, bag tags, ornaments, party favors and small-business craft collections. Choose clear acrylic or a solid color, select your size and pack, and tell us the outline you want.

MATERIAL & SIZE
Made from 3 mm cast acrylic (approximately 1/8 inch thick), with smooth faces and laser-cut edges. Choose 2 in (50.8 mm), 2.5 in (63.5 mm), 3 in (76.2 mm), 3.5 in (88.9 mm), 4 in (101.6 mm), 5 in (127 mm) or 6 in (152.4 mm) measured along the longest dimension. The other dimension follows your design's proportions. All available sizes start at 2 inches.

BULK PACKS
Choose 20, 50 or 100 blanks. Each pack contains one shape, one size and one color. An order quantity of 1 means one complete pack. For mixed designs or complex outlines, contact us through our Contact page before ordering so we can review your project.

CLEAR + TEN SOLID COLORS
Clear (transparent), Orange, Red, Rose Red, Yellow, Green, Light Green, Blue, Lake Blue, Black and White. Colors may look slightly different on different screens.

YOUR SHAPE, READY TO MAKE
Choose familiar shapes such as a dog bone, cheer bow, megaphone, football helmet, instant-photo frame, leaf, scalloped circle or simple geometric outline, or send your own custom contour. Optional hanging holes can be requested with their size and placement. Please specify no hole if you want a solid blank.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Select your size and pack quantity, then choose a color.
2. Enter the shape and any hole instructions in the personalization box. Upload up to 5 reference images or artwork files accepted by the upload field. If your vector file cannot be uploaded, contact us through our Contact page.
3. For a custom outline, we review your artwork and send a digital cut-layout proof for approval before production. Fine points, narrow sections and interior cutouts may need adjustment for a sturdy piece. Only send artwork you own or have permission to use.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN
Use these undecorated blanks for adhesive vinyl, compatible paint pens, UV printing or your own craft finishing. These are physical acrylic blanks, not finished printed keychains or digital files. Printing, engraving, decals, key rings, chains and display props are not included. No sublimation compatibility is promised.

CARE & DELIVERY
Protective masking may be left on for shipping; peel it away before decorating. Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Made to order by Caqtus Creative in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Listing images are original digital mockups showing example shapes and approximate colors. Your approved cut outline determines the finished shape. When artwork needs review, please provide it promptly to avoid delays.
